Bloodweight is made by one person at adarkfable. Every message is read by the person who wrote the code. If something is broken, confusing, or you just have a question, write — you'll reach a human, usually within a few days.

Before You Write
What platforms is Bloodweight on?
iPad (App Store) and Windows, macOS, and Linux (Steam). The iPad edition is a premium, one-time purchase — no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription.
Where are my saves? Will I lose them?
Saves, run history, and settings are stored privately on your own device. They aren't in the cloud and aren't tied to an account, so deleting the app deletes them. Back up before removing the app if a bloodline matters to you.
Reporting a bug or a crash
Email [email protected] with your device (for example, iPad Pro 11-inch), your OS version, and what happened right before it went wrong. A screenshot helps enormously.
The Soul Teller & your data
The Soul Teller is optional. The game never sends anything off your device unless you tap “Send to Ledger” at the end of a run. To have a submitted chronicle removed, email us the chronicle code shown in-game. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Valve (Steam). Refund requests go through their standard processes — reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or the Steam refund page.
